Refund policy

We aim to provide the best quality products to our customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Window

Customers can request a return or exchange within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the product.

The product must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all tags and original packaging intact

Requests made after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Size Exchange Policy

We offer a size exchange option for customers.

  • Size exchange requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
  • A ₹150 exchange fee will be charged for logistics and handling.
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging with tags intact.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in case of damaged or defective products.

Refunds will not be issued for size issues or personal preference.

If the product is damaged:

  • The customer must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Unboxing video or clear photo proof may be required.
  • After verification, a refund or replacement will be processed.

4. Non-Eligible Cases for Refund

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Used, washed, or damaged products by the customer
  • Return request made after the 2-day return window

5. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

6. How to Request Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, contact our support team with your Order ID and reason for request within the allowed time period.
